CPF e-submission

CPF e-Submission is a free service provided by CPF Board where employers can submit your employees’ CPF contribution details and make payment electronically. Other than "CPF e-Submit@web", which is a free web-based application developed by CPF Board, remaining modes of CPF e-Submission are as below:

CPF submission number (CSN)

CPF Submission Number (CSN), which comprises Unique Entity Number (UEN) + CPF Payment Code is used by employers to transact with the CPF Board. It also identifies the types of payments that employers are making to the CPF Board.

 

Employee CPF

Working Singapore Citizens' or Singapore Permanent Residents' share of CPF contribution at rates set out in the CPF Act.

 

Employee Excess CPF

Employee CPF share of CPF contribution made is more than the rates set out in the CPF Act.

 

Employer Excess CPF

Employer CPF share of CPF contribution made is more than the rates set out in the CPF Act.

 

Foreign Worker Levy (FWL)

The Foreign Worker Levy, commonly known as 'levy' is a pricing mechanism to regulate the number of Foreign Workers (including Foreign Domestic Workers) in Singapore. While they are not required to pay CPF contributions for Foreign Workers, employers are liable to pay monthly levies to hire employees who hold Work Permits or S Passes.
